Job summary

Lavender is seeking part-time and full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to conduct tele-psychiatric visits for clients in Pennsylvania. We offer a 1099 compensation model, remote work, mentorship, and training in a fast-paced startup environment.

The role requires an MSN, PA NP license, ANCC certification, and 2+ years in adult mental health. You will join a diverse, remote team with flexible schedules within our operating hours and a strong emphasis on client-centered care and professional

Qualifications

• MSN required and PA NP licensure in Pennsylvania
• ANCC Board Certification
• 2+ years of experience in adult mental health
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication, therapy or a combination of both.
• Proactively follow up with clients at least monthly to assess efficacy and ongoing care until goals are achieved.
• Provide and integrate various modalities of talk therapy as part of treatment.
