Job summary

Lavender seeks Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for tele-psychiatric visits with New York-based clients. Part-time or full-time roles offer flexible scheduling and a 1099 compensation model, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week.

Requirements include MSN, NY NP license, ANCC Board Certification, and 2+ years in adult mental health. Mentorship and ongoing training are provided in a supportive, nurse-led environment.

Qualifications

• MSN degree and NY NP license required.
• ANCC Board Certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in adult mental health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication, therapy, or a combination.
• Proactively follow up with clients monthly to assess efficacy and adjust care until goals are achieved.
• Provide various modalities of talk therapy alongside medication management when appropriate.
