Job summary

Lavender is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to perform tele-psychiatry visits for clients based in California. Enjoy flexible scheduling within 8am–8pm, seven days a week, with a minimum 16 hours weekly commitment. 1099 compensation and a supportive mentorship environment are offered.

We require an MSN, California NP license, ANCC certification, and DEA registration. Remote work setup with access to ongoing professional development and peer collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.
• Active California Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License.
• ANCC board certification.
• California DEA certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication, therapy or a combination of both.
• Proactively follow up with clients at least monthly to assess efficacy and ongoing care until goals are achieved.
• Our clientele prefer combined medication and therapy appointments; provide multiple modalities of talk therapy.
• Provide care with culturally competent communication and treatment.
