Job summary

Lavender is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for tele-psychiatry visits with Massachusetts clients. We offer both part-time and full-time roles with remote work. Hours are 8 a.m.

to 8 p.m., seven days a week, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week and a 1099 compensation model. You’ll join a nurse-founded team that supports mentorship and training. Ideal candidates hold an MSN, MA NP license, ANCC board certification, and at least 2 years in adult mental health, with a quiet space

Qualifications

• MSN required and Massachusetts NP license.
• ANCC board certification.
• 2+ years of experience in adult mental health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tele-psychiatry evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Monthly follow-ups to assess efficacy and adjust care.
• Provide talk therapy modalities as appropriate.
