Job summary

Lavender is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to conduct tele-psychiatric visits for Washington-based clients. This role offers remote work with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week and a 1099 compensation model. The NP will collaborate with a team to provide medication management and therapy as appropriate.

You must hold a WA NP license, ANCC board certification, and have 2+ years in adult mental health. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is required.
• Active Washington Nurse Practitioner License required.
• ANCC Board Certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in adult mental health preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication, therapy, or both.
• Proactively follow up with clients monthly to assess efficacy and adjust care as needed.
• Provide multiple modalities of talk therapy as appropriate to client needs.
