Job summary

Lavender is hiring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for tele-psychiatry visits with clients based in Oregon. You can build your own schedule within our 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. operating hours, seven days a week, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week and a 1099 compensation model.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.
• ANCC Board Certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in adult mental health.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ambitious, client-centric work ethic.
• Must have own computer and a quiet, professional space for tele-psychiatry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication, therapy, or both.
• Proactively follow up with clients monthly to assess efficacy and ongoing care.
• Provide multiple modalities of talk therapy as needed by clients.
• Collaborate with a team of NPs to ensure high-quality patient care.
