Job summary

Lavender is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to conduct tele-psychiatric visits for California clients. Work from a remote setting with an autonomous private-practice style, earning through a 1099 compensation model. Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week and operating hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a team of NPs, ongoing mentorship and training, and a flexible schedule within Lavender’s remote framework.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to provide tele-psychiatry and talk-therapy modalities.
• Experience in adult mental health and private-practice style autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medications, therapy, or both.
• Monthly follow-ups to monitor efficacy and adjust care as needed.
• Provide care with culturally competent communication and treatment.
• Support clients with integrated medication and therapy approaches.
