Job summary

Lavender is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide tele-psychiatry services for Delaware-based clients. The position supports flexible scheduling within 8 a.m.–8 p.m., seven days a week, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week.

This 1099 role offers mentorship, training, and no patient minimums, in a remote work environment. Required are an MSN, Delaware NP license, ANCC certification, and DEA cert, with 2+ years in adult mental health and strong communication/documentation

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.
• Active Delaware Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License.
• ANCC Board Certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in adult mental health.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Own computer and a quiet, professional space for tele-psychiatry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication, therapy, or both.
• Follow up monthly to assess efficacy and ongoing care until goals are reached.
• Provide modalities of talk therapy as part of combined medication and therapy appointments.
