Job summary

Experian is seeking a Provisioning Coordinator to lead the creation and management of POA documents, address of record, and SIDES changes for client accounts, while coordinating with clients and state agencies.

You will oversee daily client data operations, maintain contact information, and provide status updates for audits, reporting to the Manager, Client Data. This is a fully remote role with preferred Central or Eastern time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Unemployment Insurance POAs.
• Experience prioritizing tasks and resolving issues.
• Experience with contact and data management systems.
• Interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
• Comfortable operating independently.

Responsibilities

• Create the process flow for power of attorney documents.
• Establish and maintain address of record and SIDES documentation.
• Resolve delays in the POA process, keeping everything on track.
• Maintain accurate client contact information.
• Oversee daily operations related to client data management.
• Communicate with internal staff and state agencies.
• Provide status updates for audit resolutions.
• Track tasks and follow up on alerts to ensure smooth operations.
