Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a highly organized Sales Associate to support top PEO producers. You will own operational execution of complex sales cycles from RFP through close, acting as a strategic partner to sales and coordinating with underwriting, benefits, legal, and implementation teams.

This is a fulltime remote role, with preferred candidates in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, or Phoenix. You’ll manage census data, pricing inputs, and compliance requirements, ensuring accurate submissions and on-time

Qualifications

• 2+ years in complex B2B sales support or similar roles.
• Experience managing multi-step deal cycles (preferred: RFPs and underwriting).
• Familiar with employee benefits, payroll data, and risk workflows.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end PEO deals from RFP to close and handoff.
• Manage underwriting interactions and pricing iterations with stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor pipeline health in real time.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely deal progression.
