Job summary

Experian is seeking a Provisioning Coordinator to support unemployment insurance POAs, client onboarding, and data operations. You will manage POA documents, addresses of record, and SIDES changes for client accounts, coordinating with state agencies and internal teams.

• 3+ years of experience in Unemployment Insurance POAs
• Experience supporting client onboarding and data management
• Ability to coordinate with state agencies and internal teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Create the process flow for power of attorney documents
• Establish address of record and SIDES documentation
• Resolve delays in the POA process and keep on track
• Oversee daily operations related to client data management
• Communicate with internal staff and state agencies
• Provide status updates for audit resolutions
• Track tasks and follow up on alerts to ensure smooth operations
