Job summary

OneDigital seeks a Sales Associate to support top-performing PEO producers in a fully remote role. The position drives revenue by managing the operational execution of complex PEO sales cycles from RFP through close and handoff to implementation.

Responsibilities include end-to-end RFP coordination, underwriting liaison, closing kit preparation, and CRM maintenance. Located in the LA, LV, or Phoenix markets is preferred, and the role emphasizes data accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in complex B2B sales support.
• Experience managing multi-step complex deal cycles (preferred: RFPs and underwriting processes).
• Preferred understanding of: employee benefits, payroll data, risk/underwriting workflows.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel (data validation), and presentation tools.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end coordination of PEO RFP responses, including census data, plan design details, pricing inputs, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure all RFP submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
• Partner with underwriting to help manage iterations on pricing, risk evaluation, and plan modeling.
• Track deal milestones and proactively manage timelines to avoid delays.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) including deal stage, notes, next steps, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Underwriting, Benefits, Legal, and Implementation to remove friction and align stakeholders.
