Job summary

Cohere Health is seeking a Provider Success Manager (PSM) to own the full lifecycle of provider and client user engagement, from onboarding to ongoing relationship management. You will collaborate across Onboarding, Training, Implementation, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless activation and sustained adoption.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, CMS/state compliance, and driving higher auto-approval rates while maintaining HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

3-4 years of experience as an account manager in healthcare or health tech environments
Direct experience in a physician's office, provider practice, or clinical setting
Experience with healthcare programs and provider/member engagement
Strong communication translating policy into provider-friendly language
Relationship-building and negotiation in regulated environments
Experience reading Tableau dashboards and using Excel/Google Sheets for data

Responsibilities

Be the main point of contact for providers, supporting education, training, and platform guidance
Lead program implementation and onboarding aligned with CMS/state requirements
Ensure HIPAA/privacy standards and monitor performance trends to drive improvements
Assist with onboarding new networks and scale high-volume provider onboarding
