Bicycle Health is a telemedicine group focused on evidence-based treatment for Opioid Use Disorder. We are seeking a Manager of Provider Success to lead pod-level provider support, automate workflows, and partner with clinical leadership to scale onboarding, scheduling, and retention across a national remote team.

The role emphasizes reducing provider cognitive load through automation and data sharing, with opportunity to shape the provider experience in a high-stakes telehealth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare operations or related field.
• 3–5 years in healthcare operations, health tech, or behavioral health with people-management experience.
• Experience owning a provider- or clinician-facing support or account management function, ideally in telehealth or virtual care.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools to improve workflow and decision-making.
• Experience designing and building operational workflows, tooling, or automation from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve pod-level provider support, creating a front desk for providers and enabling pod success through data, automation, and workflow design.
• Partner with clinical leadership and regional leaders as the operational counterpart across the provider journey.
• Develop streamlined provider onboarding and education resources, tooling, and help desk support.
• Provide the backbone for activation and retention initiatives to keep providers engaged.
• Design systems and workflows that reduce cognitive load for the medical group and support burnout prevention.
