Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in U.S. provider credentialing.
• Familiarity with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and payer-specific portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage initial credentialing, re-credentialing, and enrollment for Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payers.
• Serve as liaison between client and offshore team to ensure SLAs are met.
• Keep provider profiles updated across systems and portals.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain missing documents and required information.
