Job summary

Pomelo Care seeks a Manager of Provider Network Operations to scale its multi-license-type clinical network for a fast-growing Midlife line of business. You will partner with Recruiting, Licensing & Credentialing, Product, and Clinical leaders to build processes, programs, and infrastructure that support growth, utilization, retention, and quality across the network.

You will own the end-to-end provider relationship, define utilization metrics, and translate insights into concrete fixes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in provider network management or telehealth operations.
• Experience owning network metrics (growth, retention, utilization, quality).
• Ability to design and implement new processes and optimize existing ones.

Responsibilities

• Set and monitor network capacity targets and address gaps.
• Own provider relationships from orientation through utilization and retention.
• Define provider utilization metrics and drive fixes via product or process changes.
• Build programs and dashboards to track network health and inform planning.
• Collaborate with Licensing, Credentialing, Quality, Clinical Ops, and Product teams.
