Job summary

Bicycle Health is a telemedicine group specializing in evidence-based treatment of Opioid Use Disorder using buprenorphine. The Manager, Clinical Support leads a regional CSS team and acts as a frontline leader in our virtual care model, ensuring staffing, coaching, and efficient processes.

You will hire and onboard staff, optimize operations to meet SLAs, and partner with clinician leadership on strategic initiatives while promoting a culture of care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive leadership in customer success and/or patient care support.
• Experience managing high-volume chat and ticket-based systems.
• Ability to adapt, innovate and lead in a fast-changing environment.
• Data-driven with ability to identify trends and manage priorities.
• Proactive in achieving KPIs and driving end-to-end improvement.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and orient CSS team and foster supportive culture.
• Drive day-to-day ops to meet service level agreements.
• Manage scheduling, PTO, holidays and call outs.
• Partner with clinician leadership to surface issues and drive initiatives.
• Use data to assign priority work and hit KPIs.
• Lead change management to improve efficiency and retention.
• Facilitate quality assurance and policy adherence.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical support delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide end-user feedback.
• Maintain regular attendance.
