The role supports contract development and network growth while offering remote work with in-person NC meetings as needed.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Services with relevant health sector experience, strong negotiation, data analysis, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education required: Bachelor's in Human Services with 3+ years in Mental Health or Physical Health.
• Alternative: Master's in Human Services with 1+ year experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Recruit providers to ensure a robust network of providers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, facilities, and physicians.
• Negotiate contracts and manage scopes of work with providers.
• Collaborate with departments and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and report recruitment metrics and network gaps.
