Job summary

Alliance Health is seeking a Provider Network Operations Manager to assist the Director in overseeing Provider Relations and PN Operations teams. The role emphasizes operational excellence, staff development, and cross-department collaboration to improve provider engagement and network effectiveness.

The position is fulltime remote, with requirement to reside in North Carolina and some travel for onsite meetings at the Morrisville home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with seven years of relevant experience, including supervisory work.
• Master’s degree with three years of supervisory/administrative health experience is acceptable.
• Experience in health-related programs or service delivery is preferred.
• Knowledge of provider networks and contracting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director in overseeing Provider Relations and PN Operations teams.
• Monitor team performance, service metrics, and outcomes.
• Develop standardized workflows and improve efficiency.
• Provide coaching and performance management to staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to support provider network needs.
• Lead special projects related to provider relations and operations.
