Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS or 2 years related experience.
• Two years provider relations/contracting experience with HMO/IPA, medical group, or institutional provider.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with provider offices to improve network performance.
• Collaborate with providers on strategies to increase patient retention and growth.
• Support provider education on Alignment tools, clinical programs, and compliance requirements.
• Attend provider meetings, trainings, and community events; document outcomes.
