Job summary

Responsibilities include managing SOWs, providing technical assistance to providers, collaborating across departments, monitoring contracts, and supporting special initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and three (3) years progressive post-degree experience in Mental Health, Substance Use, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities or Physical Health.
• Master’s degree in Human Services with one (1) year post graduate experience in Mental Health, Substance Use, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities or Physical Health.
• Provider Networks experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Provider Scopes of Work (SOW).
• Provide education and technical assistance to Providers.
• Oversee the Provider Hub and monitor information sharing.
• Research and Troubleshoot Provider Issues and funding concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments and external Stakeholders.
• Monitor Provider Contracts and discuss rate changes with management.
