Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent.
• Tertiary education required or preferred in Human Services.
• Experience in mental health, substance use, IDD, or physical health fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expand Current Services Network: assess adequacy and recommend expansion.
• Identify New Services: assess gaps and recruit providers.
• Oversee New Service Implementation and Expansion: approve services and develop scopes of work.
• Provide Technical Assistance and Customer Service to Network Providers.
• Internal and External Collaboration: coordinate with departments and state personnel.
• Out Of Network (OON) Review: evaluate requests and approve/deny.
• Collaborate with Internal Departments to Develop Solutions.
