Job summary

Cadence is seeking a Provider Relationship Manager to oversee the provider-facing relationship for clinical programs, integrating seamlessly into workflows.

This role requires national travel two to three nights each week to manage deployment and drive engagement at physician practices. Candidates must have a background in healthcare customer service and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, project leadership, or healthcare customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
• Track record of exceeding performance targets in goal-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment of the Cadence solution at the practice level.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with physicians and clinic staff.
• Monitor provider engagement metrics and adoption data, presenting performance reports.
