Job summary

Cadence is seeking a Provider Relationship Manager to own the provider-facing relationship for our clinical programs. You will serve as the main contact for physician practices and clinic staff, ensuring Cadence integrates into provider workflows and delivers measurable patient outcomes.

This is a field-first role with national travel two to three nights per week. You will own end-to-end deployment, build trusted relationships, monitor engagement metrics, and identify expansion opportunities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, project leadership, or healthcare customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, communications, or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and exceed targets.
• Willingness to travel nationally two to three nights per week.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment of the Cadence solution at the practice level, aligning platform capabilities to provider workflows and driving adoption from launch through steady-state.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with physicians, care teams, and clinic administrators across assigned health system partners as the primary escalation path.
• Monitor provider engagement metrics and adoption data, present performance reports at touchpoints, and drive behavior change to improve outcomes at the practice level.
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing partner organizations, surfacing new patient populations and conditions where Cadence can extend care delivery.
• Partner with the Partnerships team to develop repeatable processes that enable Cadence to scale efficiently across health-system relationships.
