Job summary

Cadence is a clinical AI company seeking a Provider Relationship Manager to own provider-facing relationships for its clinical programs. You will be the primary contact for physician practices, ensuring Cadence fits provider workflows and improves patient outcomes.

This field-first role demands national travel two to three nights per week to conduct onsite meetings, adopt Cadence, and represent the company with clinical and admin audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management, project leadership, or healthcare customer service.
• Proven ability to build credible relationships with clinical and administrative audiences.
• Must travel nationally on a weekly basis; reside near a major airport and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment of the Cadence solution at the practice level and drive adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with physicians, care teams, and clinic admins as primary escalation point.
• Monitor engagement metrics, present reports, and drive behavior change for better outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities within partner organizations and surface new patient populations.
• Collaborate with Partnerships to scale processes across health system relationships.
• Channel provider feedback to product and care delivery teams for improvements.
• Navigate complex clinical environments, diagnose workflow gaps, and drive resolutions.
