Job summary

Cadence is a clinical AI company enabling scalable chronic disease care. We are hiring a Provider Relationship Manager to own provider-facing relationships for Cadence’s clinical programs and ensure seamless integration into provider workflows.

This field-first role requires national travel two to three nights per week to conduct onsite meetings and drive adoption. You will build relationships with physicians, care teams, and clinic admins, monitor engagement metrics, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, project leadership, or healthcare customer service.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, communications, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Willingness to travel nationally two to three nights per week; reside near a major airport.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for local travel.
• Strong Google Workspace and data-driven analytics focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of Cadence solution at the practice level and drive adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with physicians, care teams and clinic admins.
• Monitor engagement metrics, present reports, and drive behavior change.
• Identify expansion opportunities within partner organizations.
• Collaborate with Partnerships to scale across health system relationships.
• Coordinate with Product and Care Delivery to feedback into platform improvements.
• Navigate clinical environments, diagnose workflows, and drive resolutions.
