Job summary

Rula is a remote-first healthcare company hiring a roster automation specialist to validate data pipelines, perform bulk enrollment updates, and maintain reconciliation workflows across 50+ payer networks.

You will build and maintain SOPs, ensure a single source of truth, and enable real-time visibility for enrollment and roster status while scoping requirements for new initiatives. This role emphasizes scalable data handling and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, data management, provider network operations, or credentialing/enrollment support.
• Experience manipulating, cleaning, and validating large datasets (1,000+ rows) for accuracy and completeness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate data findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Validate data pipelines and execute bulk enrollment record updates with accuracy.
• Maintain reconciliation workflows across 50+ payer networks.
• Create and maintain operational docs and SOPs to eliminate tribal knowledge.
• Provide real-time visibility into enrollment and roster status and scope requirements for new initiatives.
