Job summary

OpenKrill is a remote-first company focused on transforming mental health care operations. In this role you will partner with our roster automation lead to validate data pipelines, execute bulk enrollment record updates, and maintain reconciliation workflows across 50+ payer networks.

You will build and maintain SOPs, ensure a single source of truth, and scope requirements for new initiatives. If you enjoy scalable data systems and clear communication across teams, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare operations, data management, provider network operations, or credentialing/enrollment support
• Ability to analyze operational data and troubleshoot data discrepancies using spreadsheets
• Experience cleaning and validating large datasets (1000+ rows) for accuracy and completeness
• Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate blockers to stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication translating data into clear summaries
