Marvin Behavioral Health is seeking a remote/hybrid operations support specialist to serve as the primary resource for the clinical team. You will troubleshoot EHR issues, coordinate provider access, and manage onboarding/offboarding, ensuring month-end documentation and billing CPT updates are accurate.

The role requires prior EHR experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and comfort working independently in a remote/hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for Marvin's clinical team, serving as the key resource for providers.
• Troubleshoot system issues and direct escalations to the appropriate teams.
• Coordinate EHR support, provider access, scheduling issues, and CPT updates with billing.
• Manage provider onboarding, offboarding, and month-end documentation processes.
