Job summary

Marvin Behavioral Health is seeking a Provider Operations Coordinator to support the clinical team with daily operations, EHR management, and scheduling workflows. This is a remote/hybrid, non-clinical role focusing on operational efficiency and provider support.

You will troubleshoot system issues, coordinate administrative tasks, ensure documentation and monthly close processes, onboarding and offboarding, and collaborate with billing and operations. LA-area applicants encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system is required.
• Training will be provided for specific platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary operational support for providers using organizational systems.
• Respond to operational inquiries and action items from providers.
• Troubleshoot EHR and scheduling platform issues.
• Coordinate CPT code updates with Billing as needed.
• Manage provider account access and password resets.
• Monitor internal communications for provider operational issues.
• Escalate clinical and billing issues to appropriate teams.
• Lead month-end close related to clinical documentation.
• Oversee onboarding and training for providers on systems.
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Support offboarding of departing staff.
