Job summary

Pomelo Care is leading a virtual medical practice for women and children, expanding its Midlife offering with a focus on a high-quality, reliable provider network. You will own the end-to-end provider lifecycle from acquisition to onboarding, activation, scheduling, and ongoing engagement, building systems and processes that scale across geography and specialties.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operational leadership in marketplace, provider network, or digital health.
• Proven scale of 1099 clinician networks with regulatory/compliance understanding.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into clear strategy, operating model and scalable systems.
• Data-driven, end-to-end funnel metrics ownership and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, metrics, and cadence for the full provider lifecycle.
• Design clinician compensation models, tiered incentive structures, and utilization targets.
• Partner with Recruiting to attract and convert clinicians at scale; own funnel performance.
• Own the journey from offer acceptance to first patient; reduce time-to-first-patient.
• Unify clinician onboarding across specialties with automation while preserving human touchpoints.
• Translate forecasts into provider capacity and model supply by specialty/geography.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations to define standards for provider quality and engagement.
• Establish scalable guidelines for regulatory and worker-classification compliance.
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing provider operations team.
