Job summary

Pomelo Care is seeking a Head of Provider Network Strategy to build and scale the engine powering our clinician supply. You will own provider growth, operations, and technology, shaping the end-to-end provider lifecycle across onboarding, activation, and retention.

You will define vision, strategy, and metrics for acquisition and utilization, design compensation models, and build systems to reduce time-to-first-patient while maintaining quality and margins.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of operational leadership in marketplace/provider network/digital health operations.
• Proven track record scaling 1099 clinician networks with regulatory and compliance understanding.
• A 0→1 builder, data-driven operator and experienced people leader.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and metrics for provider acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Design compensation models and utilization targets balancing rapid growth with margins.
