Job summary

Pomelo Care, the leading virtual medical practice for women and children, seeks a role to accelerate health plan partnership pipeline, reporting to the VP of Growth. This position is open to candidates located in the continental US and offers fully remote work within the US.

Requirements include 2–4+ years in client-facing or analytical roles, healthcare experience preferred, and strong structured thinking and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in a client-facing or analytical role.
• Healthcare experience or ability to ramp up on payer dynamics.
• Structured thinker with strong organizational skills.
• Action-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for slides and syntheses.

Responsibilities

• Source and track health plan opportunities and maintain CRM hygiene for reporting and forecasting.
• Prepare for customer meetings: research stakeholders, tailor pitches, and create leadership briefing materials.
• Synthesize key takeaways from partner meetings and drive follow-up actions to move deals forward.
• Conduct market research on prospective partners and health plan priorities to provide actionable intelligence.
• Collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing to develop pitches, conference materials, and case studies.
