• Experience creating manuals or guides; knowledge of provider types.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex processing, quality reviews, analyses, audits, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Identify issues and recommend workflow improvements.
• Research and resolve operational issues; liaise with management and clients.
• Develop and maintain SOPs while ensuring confidentiality, security and policy compliance.
• Provide leadership and guidance through training, work delegation, and workload prioritization.
