Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Provider Enrollment Analyst to support healthcare provider enrollment operations by reviewing, processing, and maintaining provider information in accordance with established policies and regulatory requirements. This 100% remote role within the United States requires availability to work Pacific Time hours.

You will verify information including NPI and TIN, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with providers and internal teams to ensure accurate enrollment

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare provider enrollment or related roles.
• Experience reviewing and processing healthcare provider information and records.
• Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, Medi-Cal or other payer operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to research discrepancies and maintain records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems.

Mansioni

• Review, process, and maintain healthcare provider enrollment applications, updates, and supporting documentation per policies and procedures.
• Verify provider demographic information, NPI, TIN, and other enrollment data for accuracy and completeness.
• Research and resolve enrollment discrepancies and missing documentation to ensure timely processing.
• Enter, update, and maintain provider information across multiple systems while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with providers and internal teams to resolve issues and identify process improvements.
