Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist to support Nevada Medicaid enrollment remotely. The role involves reviewing enrollment, revalidation, and documentation, with outreach to providers to ensure complete submissions and timely approvals.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in a customer service role and provider enrollment experience, with strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. 100% remote; Pacific Time hours are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years working experience in a customer service role.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and resolve problems/issues promptly and effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 2 years of provider enrollment experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support provider enrollment into the State of Nevada Medicaid Program.
• Review and process Medicaid, provider enrollment, and revalidation applications according to Nevada Medicaid enrollment guidelines and other state/federal requirements.
• Use multiple websites to screen and make determinations about meeting state requirements.
• Perform and document outreach to providers through phone calls and emails to ensure the provider includes all necessary and accurate documentation to complete enrollment.
• Work directly with the client to review and obtain necessary approvals on applications and updates.
