You will verify key provider details such as NPI and TIN, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes while meeting quality and turnaround targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare provider enrollment or related role.
• Experience reviewing enrollment applications or provider records.
• Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, Medi-Cal, or payer operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to research discrepancies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and maintain enrollment applications and documentation.
