Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Provider Enrollment Analyst - Remote CA to support healthcare provider enrollment operations by reviewing, processing, and maintaining accurate provider information in line with policies and regulations. This 100% remote role is nationwide in the United States; you must be available to work Pacific Time business hours.

You will verify NPIs, TINs, demographics, and resolve enrollment discrepancies across multiple systems.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare provider enrollment or related roles.
• Experience reviewing enrollment applications and provider records.
• Strong ability to work remotely and adhere to Pacific Time business hours.

Mansioni

• Review, process, and maintain enrollment applications and supporting documentation per policies.
• Verify demographic information, NPIs, TINs, and other enrollment data for accuracy.
• Research enrollment discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Enter, update, and maintain provider information across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with providers and internal teams to resolve enrollment issues and identify process improvements.
