Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Provider Enrollment Analyst - Remote CA to support healthcare provider enrollment operations by reviewing, processing, and maintaining accurate provider information in line with policies and regulations. This 100% remote role is nationwide in the United States; you must be available to work Pacific Time business hours.

You will verify NPIs, TINs, demographics, and resolve enrollment discrepancies across multiple systems.

As aProvider Enrollment Analyst - Remote CA at Gainwell, you'll support healthcare provider enrollment operations by reviewing, processing, and maintaining accurate provider information in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

You'll work with provider enrollment applications, verify provider information, research discrepancies, and help ensure healthcare providers are accurately enrolled and maintained within applicable healthcare programs.

This position is 100% remote within the United States. Candidates must be available to work Pacific Time (PT) business hours, regardless of where they reside.

Your role in our mission

• Review, process, and maintain healthcare provider enrollment applications, updates, and supporting documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Verify provider demographic information, National Provider Identifier (NPI), Tax Identification Number (TIN), and other enrollment-related information for accuracy and completeness.
• Research and resolve enrollment discrepancies, missing documentation, and provider-related issues to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Enter, update, and maintain provider information across multiple systems while meeting established quality, productivity, and turnaround time expectations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve enrollment issues, maintain regulatory compliance, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare provider enrollment, provider services, healthcare operations, claims processing, credentialing, or a related healthcare administrative role.
