Zusammenfassung

Gainwell Technologies in Idaho is seeking a Provider Enrollment Lead to support the daily work of a provider enrollment team. You will monitor enrollment activities and service levels, assist with enrollment, maintenance, and revalidation work, train and support team members, research provider questions, and review reports for accuracy.

You will also help update procedures and workflows as payer and regulatory requirements change.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of provider enrollment experience.
• Hands-on experience with enrollment, maintenance, and/or revalidation.
• Experience reviewing enrollment transactions, reports, or data for accuracy.
• Experience training or mentoring team members with strong organization and time-management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills, including MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Monitor daily provider enrollment operations and support SLAs.
• Train and mentor provider enrollment staff and provide day-to-day guidance.
• Process enrollment, maintenance, and revalidation activities and research questions.
• Review reports and transactions for accuracy and data integrity.
• Help develop and improve enrollment policies and workflows.
