Spring Health is hiring a Manager, Provider Enablement and Performance Excellence to own our provider communication strategy, training resources, and self-service ecosystem. This fully remote role sits on the Provider Enablement and Performance Excellence team and drives change management, program delivery, and performance tracking to ensure a high-quality provider network.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of provider enablement, customer success, clinical training, or operational change management roles.
• Strong written communication and ability to translate complex material into structured resources.
• Experience managing self-service knowledge bases (Zendesk/Confluence) to optimize support.
• Proven ability to organize and deliver cross-functional programs with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Change Management & Communications: develop rollout plans; manage newsletters and policy updates across provider network.
• Optimize Self-Service Content: oversee content lifecycle and help center tools to ensure current docs.
• Lead Program Management: partner with Product, Operations, Success to bring a provider experience lens across initiatives.
• Track Operational Performance: define SOPs and use data to identify trends and scalable tracking.
• Leverage Modern Tooling: integrate automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and content development.
