Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Manager, Provider Enablement and Performance Excellence to own provider communication strategy, training resources, and a self-service ecosystem. This fully remote role is part of the Provider Enablement and Performance Excellence team and drives high-quality services through robust change management and scalable programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in provider enablement, customer success, clinical training, or change management.
• Ability to organize, manage, and deliver complex, cross-functional programs with attention to detail.
• Exceptional writing and content development skills, translating complex updates into structured resources.
• Hands-on experience managing self-service knowledge bases (Zendesk/Confluence) to optimize support.
• Strong analytical skills using data platforms (Excel/Looker/Omni) to track metrics and inform decisions.
• Proactive project management approach; comfortable in a fast-paced environment; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive Change Management & Communications: develop rollout plans and deliver provider communications to minimize disruption.
• Optimize Self-Service Content: oversee lifecycle and ensure up-to-date Zendesk/Confluence documentation.
• Lead Program Management: partner with Product/Operations to bring a provider-focused perspective end-to-end.
• Track Operational Performance: establish SOPs and design scalable tracking systems.
• Leverage Modern Tooling: integrate AI tools to improve efficiency and content development speed.
