Job summary

Spring Health, a global mental health company, is seeking a Manager, Provider Enablement and Performance. This fully remote role owns provider communication strategy, training resources, and a self-service ecosystem, partnering with Product, Operations, and Success to drive enablement initiatives from strategy through completion.

You will establish SOPs, track performance trends, and leverage AI tools to enhance content and processes, while ensuring high-quality provider experiences across the

Qualifications

• 4+ years in provider enablement, customer success, clinical training, or change management.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with attention to detail.
• Exceptional writing and content development, translating complex updates into simple resources.
• Hands-on experience with self-service knowledge bases (Zendesk/Confluence) to optimize support delivery.
• Strong analytical skills using data platforms (Excel/Looker/Omni) for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Drive Change Management & Communications across the provider network with rollout plans and updates.
• Oversee self-service content lifecycle and help center tooling to ensure accurate documentation.
• Lead program management with Product, Operations, and Success teams from strategy to completion.
• Track performance using SOPs, data trends, and scalable tracking systems.
• Integrate automation tools and generative AI to improve efficiency and content development.
