Job summary

Providence is seeking a Provider Compensation Analyst to contribute to analysis and design of provider compensation programs. This remote role offers eligibility across most states and involves data gathering, market analysis, proforma creation, and plan modeling for physicians, acquisitions, and renewals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in compensation design, finance, or physician practice management, with strong project management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, HR, business, finance, or related area.
At least 3 years of experience in compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and change management.
Experience with data gathering and analysis, CPT coding reviews, and market analysis.

Responsibilities

Analyze provider compensation programs and design compensation plans.
Create proformas and perform market analyses.
Support acquisitions, contract renewals, and implementation teams.
Ensure compliance and participate in external fair market review processes.
Collaborate with care strategy and finance for funding provider development activities.
