Parexel is seeking a Contract Manager with CRO experience to join our team in a remote capacity in the United States. You will drive proposal development, contract negotiations, and budget preparation, coordinating with Operations, Legal, Business Development, and Finance to deliver client-ready proposals under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years of CRO or similar regulated experience in project support, contracting, or proposals.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, contract management principles, and pricing structures.
• Cash flow and revenue recognition understanding.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete RFP process, including receipt, analysis, SME coordination, and delivery of proposals.
• Develop and prepare strategic proposals and budgets in response to RFPs, incorporating SME feedback.
• Lead contract development and negotiation across departments to meet client needs and internal standards.
• Establish and maintain account-specific contract standards with clients and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve barriers to RFPs and contracts to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
• Manage multiple complex tasks and meet deadlines while delivering high-quality work.
• Lead client meetings to negotiate costs, terms, and contract details with minimal support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data management in systems for metrics and KPI tracking.
