Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Contract Manager with CRO experience to join our team in a remote capacity in the United States. You will drive strategic business development, manage proposals, contracts, budgets, and client relationships, collaborating with Operations, Legal, Business Development, and Finance to deliver client-ready proposals and contracts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, languages or equivalent.
4–6 years in project support, finance, contracting, or proposals in CROs.
Knowledge of clinical trial processes and pricing structures.
Cash flow and revenue recognition knowledge.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work from home with irregular hours.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete Request for Proposals (RFP) process from receipt to delivery.
Develop and prepare strategic proposals and budgets in response to RFPs.
Lead contract development and negotiation processes with internal teams.
Establish and maintain account-specific contract standards and terms.
Identify and mitigate RFP and contract barriers to meet deadlines.
Manage multiple complex tasks and meet client deadlines.
Lead client meetings to negotiate costs, terms, and contract details.
Maintain accurate documentation and data management in relevant systems.
