Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Contract Manager with CRO experience to join our team in a remote capacity. You will drive strategic business development activities, manage proposals, contract negotiations, budgets, and client relationships to deliver compliant, high-quality contracts on tight deadlines.

In this role you will collaborate with Operations, Legal, Finance, and Business Development to produce client-ready proposals and negotiate terms that align with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business, Languages, or equivalent.
• 4-6 years in project support, finance, contracting, or proposals in a CRO or regulated setting.
• Understanding of clinical trial processes and contract management principles.
• Ability to work from home and irregular hours to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete RFP process from receipt to delivery of comprehensive proposals.
• Develop strategic proposals and budgets in response to RFPs, incorporating SME feedback.
• Lead contract development and negotiation across internal departments.
• Ensure contracts meet client needs and internal standards.
• Maintain documentation and data management for metrics and KPI tracking.
