Parexel is seeking a Contract Manager with CRO experience to join our team in a remote capacity. You will lead proposal development, contract negotiations, budgeting, and client relationship management across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing RFP processes, developing strategic proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining documentation for metrics and compliance. This role offers strong growth across BD, finance, and clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
• Expertise in proposal and contract management, including pricing structures and data systems such as Salesforce.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete RFP process from receipt to delivery, ensuring alignment with client specs and internal standards.
• Develop and prepare strategic proposals and budgets in response to RFPs, incorporating SME feedback.
• Lead contract development and negotiation processes across internal departments to finalize client agreements.
• Establish and maintain account-specific contract standards, including formats, payment terms, and language.
• Identify and mitigate potential RFP and contract barriers to ensure timely completion.
