Job summary

Lexitas is seeking a Proposal and Contracts Manager in the United States. You will lead sponsor proposals, contract processes, and bid strategies across the clinical trials lifecycle, coordinating with partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant submissions.

You will manage budgets, support CO budgets, and act as the main contact for contract preparation and amendments, while ensuring proper filing on SharePoint and Salesforce for tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of CRO experience in proposals and/or contracts including budget revisions and CO budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage sponsor proposal and contract process for clinical trials throughout the project’s lifecycle.
• Lead and participate in the RFP response process with partners/vendors and internal teams.
• Serve as primary contact for contract preparation/amendment with internal team.
• Manage deliverable schedules and deadlines with tight timelines.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to elicit information for high-quality proposals.
• Prepare proposal and contract budgets using internal budget tools with SMEs.
• Produce submission-ready proposals.
• Finalize contract documents (LOI, Start-up/Final Work Orders, MSA, Consulting Agreements, Change Orders) from templates per legal guidance.
• Maintain filing of contracts and proposals on SharePoint and Salesforce for tracking
