Job summary

FreedUp is seeking a detail-oriented Proposals & Contracts Coordinator to support the founder of a boutique privacy consulting firm. This role focuses on proposals, SOWs, and MSAs with light ops, and requires precision and polished documents.

You will draft client proposals from templates, manage redlines with clients, and maintain organized records while keeping HubSpot and ClickUp up to date. Remote-friendly, CT hours apply, with opportunities for remote work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience writing proposals, SOWs or contracts from templates.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially dates, pricing and formatting.
• Experience creating polished documents and slide decks in Google Slides or PowerPoint.
• Experience coordinating contract or proposal redlines with clients.
• Excellent written English.
• Available during Central Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Draft proposals: client proposals from templates with accurate scope, deliverables, timelines and investments.
• Prepare SOWs and MSAs: convert proposals into SOWs and support MSAs through signatures.
• Manage redlines: track changes and comments with clients, maintain version control.
• Check every detail: review dates, pricing, deliverables, names and formatting before sending.
• Keep records organized: maintain a clean library of proposals and contracts.
• Build and polish proposal decks in Google Slides or PowerPoint; apply quick formatting changes.
• Light operations support: invoicing, vendor paperwork, client onboarding forms; keep HubSpot/ClickUp up to date.
